ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Sales Representative for Lindsay Ellis State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. 
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • People-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
